 Join Jade Louise, The Mystic Mu, for an experiential workshop exploring the womb and menstrual cycle as allies through the ever changing nature of being alive.

Drawing from Jade’s work as a deathworker and her background in Womb-Hara massage, this workshop brings together an embodied relationship with the womb and an exploration of the cycles of death, birth and rebirth that are continually moving through our lives.

Through guided meditation, somatic inquiry and reflection participants will be invited to deepen their relationship with the womb and pelvis while exploring where they may be within the cycles unfolding in their own lives.

Together we’ll explore:

🌹The womb and pelvis as sites of memory, imprinting, and inner knowing

🌀How relationships, surgeries, rites of passage and lived experiences shape our relationship with the womb and body

🩸The menstrual cycle as an embodied map for the wider cycles of our lives

🌱Recognising beginnings, growth, endings, and release within our own lives

🌑Grief as a sacred and ongoing companion throughout womanhood

✨ Developing a greater capacity to meet uncertainty and transition without rushing towards resolution or what comes next

We’ll finish with a live Q&A so you can bring your own questions to the space.

You’ll walk away with embodied practices and reflections to deepen your relationship with your womb and cycle, alongside a framework you can return to during times of change, grief and transition.
