Together, we’ll explore:
- the 4 phases of the menstrual cycle and the inner seasons
- the strengths and challenges of each phase and tools to support them
- how to support your hormones in each phase through food, lifestyle, stress and movement
- yoga practices to support your nervous system, reduce period pain, ease mood swings and build strength internally and externally
This workshop is designed to help you feel more connected, empowered and in control of your body with practical tools you can start implementing straight away.
